How does VHT help the Cable Industry? Waiting on hold is eliminated when customers call in for technical support or with billing inquiries, thanks to VHT Callback. Cable customers can request a callback from the contact center, directly from the set-top box using their remote.

Digging In
Our objective was to demonstrate how our callback software could be implemented using VHT Navigator, and how our services would benefit our customers in multiple spaces. I directed the vision, workflow, specs, and interactions of a live demo app.


Building a vision
The demo was intended to work via desktop, so the app needed to be created with a “Mobile First” mentality. With this in mind, my goal was to keep all content relevant, and fluid for use on  any device. The demo was to be used at any time a sales rep wanted to demonstrate our services.

The VHT Cable Login screen is specifically created for sales reps to login to the live demo interface. After logging in, the experience begins with a “TV Guide” menu shown. The workflow is meant to walk through ordering a movie at the click of a button on their remote, as well as the process of receiving a Callback if the system is down.

I created wireframes to show workflows and stopping points.

Landing pages to match
A live demo was created to propose to the client. Although it was intended for tablet, I also mocked up a smartphone UI, and website landing pages to demonstrate an overall vision.
